| | | New Wildlife Site Hi folks,
This is a new venture for me and the first time I've put my pics 'out there' for all to see so would appreciate any C&C or ideas on how to improve both the site (and pics!).
Many thanks

| | | Re: New Wildlife Site You have some stunning pics there Ian, nice work. Your images are way better than any of mine, so I can't offer any advice on that front, but as a visitor to the site, I think it would benefit from having larger images on there. In my opinion, the 'misty tree' landscape, for example, loses some of its impact because the image is small. Other than that, the site is clean and simple in layout, which is always good. I'll add a link from my site this evening.
Cheers,
Marc. |

| | | Re: New Wildlife Site Ian,
Some lovely images and nice clean layout and fast loading.
I'd agree that I would like to see some larger images, I'm a sucker for a decent sized sharp image. I know some of these sites are limiting in what they allow though (which is why I took the hard road and did my own).
A couple of points - some of the images appear to be not showing fully - they appear to have been cropped by the interface (Red Kite shots for example). This is an assumption though, perhaps they were just too close for full view or you have chosen to crop that way.
Does the site offer the option of a slideshow? that often opens the images a little larger so may be one way of enlarging.
Loved the landscapes and the fox cub shots are adorable!
