My site that I set up 6 months ago with 40 images has been slowly growing, and now stands at 102 images, 15 sounds and 1 video.
I've also now introduced a custom, external homepage.

Jerry,
Just took a look while having lunch 
Really enjoyed it, some fantastic images there. Can see you've put some effort in and to me it works, interesting and different layout, well worth a viewing.
I recommend people to have a look at largest size possible (use f11 to make browser fill screen, f11 to put it back how it was) great detail in there so make the most of it!

Fantastic collection of shots Jerry - very nice work. The only thing I noticed about the site itself was that when I look at the 'All Photographs' page, I'm missing thumbnails for: Dragonflies & Damselflies; Flowers; Flies; Landscapes; Images by Location. All the other galleries have a thumbnail.

Thank you both for taking the time to look and comment.
One thing that I'm aware of is that the homepage slideshows may run slowly at first, as images are loaded - especially on slower connections. This would result in just seeing the white border with no image for a while.
Did this happen for you?

I've put in thumbnails for those collections - strange that they were missing, because they were there the last time I looked!

| They all show up now. It's weird, I thought they were there when I first visited the site, but had gone when I back-tracked through the menu. Had to check in Firefox and IE (I have Opera as my default) to make sure I wasn't going crazy! Quote:

| No, the slide show loaded immediately, but I am on a 20 meg connection, so most sites do. Anyway, I've bookmarked your site for future reference and I'll add a link to my site tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
