| | | Chatley Heath Visit 25 Sep 2010 I went to this site to find the elusive 7 spot ladybird but did not succeed I promised to post some images of what I did see and have compiled a number of pages on Chatley Heath. I shall be updating these pages on future visits.
The link page to these can be found here.
This is styled in a similar way to my Oysterbed site thread ( here).
Comments on this presentation would be welcome.

good site with some superb photos. Just from navigating around, however, I've come across what appear to be broken links. From the main Gallery, for example, the menu option of Mammal > Deer simply reloads the current page - I'm not sure if this means you don't have any deer pics, or if the link is incorrect. Similarly, in the 'Recent Photos' section, when I click on the landscape (fourth image from the right on the top row, next to the Little egret photo), it takes me back to the home page, while the others open the Gallery or associated story.
Cheers,
Marc.
Edit: The above was found using Opera. Having tried it in Firefox, the deer page displays and error saying the Gallery doesn't exist.

My apologies and gratitude to you for letting me know of the issues you have found. I will post again when they are cleared. I do not have Opera but have Firefox and MS IE.
Thank you for viewing and for your comments Update
The first problem was caused by an invalid link and has been corrected.
The second problem I was unable to re-produce. I shall have to get a copy of Opera to check it out.

| Interesting, the second problem still happens for me in Opera, Firefox and IE. When you click that landscape image, does it load the full image/ Gallery for you?

I misunderstood what you meant by 'Home' page in the second issue you have reported. When I click on that image, I find that the Chatley Heath Home Page is displayed and therefore now understand and agree with your comment .
The reason for this link from that image is that this image has been added, then 'hidden' when creating the Chatley Heath Home Page. I am afraid this is a quirk in how my journal Gallery pages have been set up. One to watch and avoid for the future for sure. I would not have dreamt that this could cause this issue without you pointing it out. The safest thing to do is to delete it from the Recent images Gallery which is what I shall do when I can work out how.
