I live right next to Ally Pally so I'll probably pop round on the Saturday. Suspect visiting after work on Fri would not be good value for money. |

I was going to go on the Saturday but the BWPA awards are on the Friday and they've sent me an invite. I don't mind - it's a day off work.

They also say you should book seats for talks as they may fill up. Any you want to see in particular? |

Haven't bought the ticket yet but will do soon. I didn't know you could pre-book seats for the talks. Can't see where you do that on the web site.
I've got my eye on the Mark Cawardine and Andy Rouse - first two talks in the Palace Suite - and then Nick Baker in the afternoon. Not so interested in the "far-flung places I'll probably never get too" talks, although I'm sure there'll be a bit of that in the ones I've picked.

Update: Just bought my ticket and booked those three talks. You can do that at the same time as buying your tickets. If you want to book more than one talk you have to click on the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to the list of talks.
