| | | Re: WildlifeXpo - anyone going? I had a great time there. Was good to catch up with folks and some great talks. It was quite quiet there and the stands were a bit small with some odd inclusions but still some good stuff there. The talks were great and the fact is was a buit quiet meant you could talk to the famous faces giving the talks before and after and even collar them into things In fact the the end of the day I walked up to Andy Rouse to thank hime for the good talks and I ended up chatting for half an hour! Except he doesn't realy fall into the category of "good photographers", more like "excellent photographers"! Nice to see the people getting recognition for their work and I'm still dreaming that it'll be me one day!

| | | Re: WildlifeXpo - anyone going? Dates for next year's eXpo are already set. 20th and 21st October - a Saturday and Sunday which I think will be better than this year's Friday and Saturday. It doesn't say on the web site ( WildlifeXpo - Home) where it will be but I'm assuming Ally Pally again.
If the list of speakers is as good as it was this year I'll be there again.

| | | Re: WildlifeXpo - anyone going? Yep, survey completed - in general quite favourably. The only minor criticism I had was that the exhibitors seemed a bit heavy on the exotic locations; African safaris, tigers in India, the Galapagos, Pantanal, Antarctica, etc. Being skint, I'd have preferred much more UK based stuff.
The list of speakers is this year's!
