Im thinking of running a meet South Essex. The targets will be pond creatures and dragonflies.
The set locations would probably be Wat Tyler CP for the pond dipping and Hadleigh CP to look for the Southern Migrant Hawkers (providing they reappear this year) and scarce emerald damselfly.
This would probably take up a day but on the following day could include a visit to 1 of the following:
RSPB Rainham
EWT Chafford gorges
RSPB West Canvey Marshes/Canvey Wick

Didn't spot this when first posted. I doubt I can make it as I'll be in Scotland in early August. Hope you all have fun!
