The break isn't that painful, as its an old break I never even knew I had - its the cast that's causing me grief and the soft tissue damage. By all accounts I get another cast on Monday which isn't plaster of paris.
With regards the image being back to front, it was taken on the Mac so I don't quite understand what's happening there.

As for the image, it's simply you linked it directly to the image and not the forum thumbnail code. |
