You are allowed to picnic on the benches outside the cafe, other than
the ones under cover!!
I shall be taking a packed lunch. |

| | | Re: Revised Minsmere Meet 21/22 July shouldnt worry about the weather as hides are close together. I chose the North wall east Hide sluice South hide west Hide route then after lunch Bittern Hide and finally Island Mere. Try west hide in the evening for roosting Waders. Normally waders on migration stop off for the night and this is a great time to see them from West Hide (Always good for waders)
There should be Little Stints Green and Wood sandpipers there and some my be taxing juveniles
Island Mere can be a good for roosting Med Gulls too.
Don't forget to check between the hides as Garden warblers are normally seen along the dune Brambles. |

All my suggested meetings are the same. Go with the flow. So if you fancy a day out in the sun with friends please come.

Buy in cafe from 10.00 onwards - they're plastic wrapped
so will go in rucksack.
Saxmundham
Somerfield stores does them
I _think_ the cafe in the high steet and baker does, but I'm not certain.
Leiston
Solar (Co-Op) has own bakery and does sannies and rolls
pasties etc.
Smiths Bakers in High Street (south end) does better!
"Comestibles" about two doors from Smiths bakers also
does them, but I've never been in there!
Darsham
just north of level crossing there is jet garage with cafe and they do them
(well used to a year or so back) |

It's a bit different to the weather predicted on TV's weather report this morning.
