Proposed Meets 2011 Poll

Don't know how to post a poll so this may or may not work:

Below is a list of suggested venues culled from threads
1. Thursley Common
2. Rainham Marshes
3. Wicken Fen
4. Farne Islands
5. Mull
6. Strumpshaw
7. Gigrin
8. Llanelli
9. North Norfolk
10. Thames
11. Whixhall Moss
12. Woodwalton Fen
13. Bradgate Park
14. Leighton Moss
15. Ivinghoe Beacon
16. Westonbirst Arboreatum
17. Arundel & Pagham
18. Susies's Butterfly Hotspots
19. Minsmere

Bear in mind that this may not be the end of the suggestions - folks might come forward with more yet! And it might take some juggling now of dates - or if meets are at opposite ends of the country then there may be two running at the same time ......... and finally some are only suggestions and some are more definite with actual dates and times added like my Leighton Moss suggestion tho there is nothing stopping anyone from suggesting another date and time, at Leighton Moss or any of the others, and organising another meet of course! But I suggest that because this thread could get complicated and confusing that folk do eventually take ownership of a suggestion and make a seperate thread Ok its all yours ..........

Right I have ticked for:

Thursley, Farnes, Wicken, Woodwalton fen, minsmere and I forgot to tick fro Bradgate too.

I will do my best to be there depending on what the RAF has planned for OH in that period.

I'm in for Thursley Common, Rainham Marshes, Wicken Fen, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Thames, Bradgate Park Leighton Moss, Susie's Butterfly Hostpots and Minsmere. Those are the ones I would most like to attend but it will depend on dates. And I wouldn't rule out any of the others except possibly Mull - I'd love to go but it's a very long way from Kent and I've already got one Scotland trip in the pipeline.

Oh well it nearly worked - I should have realised that I could only vote once and put my other ticks in the boxes - cos now I can't vote again!! So beware folks tick all the ones you fancy.

Of course this is only giving us an idea of how many folks would like to go to - its not written in stone and not certain that any one meet will go ahead but it does give us some idea of what is possible .......
