if the ole dosher is bit limited check out tescos - they are doing a decent range at a decent price " person domes 19.99 - 3-4 person 29.99 , lightweigh 1man 39.99 - familly tent 50 notes , popup 2 person 39 notes etc

Tim | a few of us have been invited to a private site , but unfortunately this isnt open to everybody , I'm not sure what the general arrangements are but i know that some people are staying in hotels , b+bs etc while some are coming for only one or the other of the days. Julie would probably be the one to ask (although she is one of the light weights who are staying at the travel lodge)

Tough as an old boot normally, but it's been a hard slog this term and Chris has been travelling 150 miles a day for the past year so we're 'treating ourselves' a bit.
We must refine the details next week so that all those who want to, can meet and decide how the day will suit folk.
I'll send a pm to a few folk with my mobile number next week too. 
(Feeling a bit panicky now...I really hope this meet is up to everyones expectations  )

Is Gill Catton? (hope thats spelt correct) coming as one member in our group will have a lot in common with Gill.
He works as a wildlife consultant. We haven't told him about Gill because he is very shy.

We have a cunning plan Baldrick!  The curry will be slowly cooked the night before and carefully stored, then reheated on my DB.
Are you getting the beer in? as you say good deals about with 60 for the price of 40 (£20)at Tescos!
We can square up the readies Friday/Saturday

I'll bring as much booze as will fit in a ford ka, so far i've got a 24 pack of magners (so thats me sorted), and most of three crates of booze, and a 12 of smirnoff ice ( how much will be left by next weekend is another question) - and yep I'm defintely up for getting properly beaucoup - I've had a hard week - someoneelse better bring some painkillers
I assume we are sorted for gennies but I can liberate another one from work if needs be ( gennys will also mean that we can use an electric kettle to brew up in de mornin )
