John | Check the Motorhome Mags.
They vary in quietness +++++++++++++++++
The quietest and lightest are the Honda's 10eu is
I think the right code.
But as is usual in life the best cost more!!
They are usually VERY unpopular on campsites,
though tolerated on the small six unit licencenced sites
of the Caravan Club and Camping and Caravan Club
(which don't allow camping usually !).
I have an Honda for my Motorhome and could bring it
for the Thursley meet - though my MH will be still
at the repairers (serious roof leak and rot).
The Yahoo Motorhome discussion list has masses of info
on Gennies, but the search facility is flaky. |

If people want to ROUGH camp with NO facilities, I can
get access to an unkemp field 300yds from the Thursley pub, on
the edge of the common.
It is likely the neighbours would allow water collection. |

However, for the rest of us that don't get that honour ... if any of the WAB LADIES want a night out and don't mind meeting up with me I am sure we could arrange something.

Although I'm not certain I'm able to come yet, if I am, I'm more than up for a girls night - perhaps we could combine a pub crawl with batting between pubs...... maybe there's a local pub that does rooms..... (to end at obviously) |

as regards generators we just bought one from screwfix for work for arround 70 notes - talking of which i can liberate it for the weekend if we need it
