Mine's even got an electric kettle

Mine's even got an electric kettle | Same here. I have got a tent but at this time of year I find it colder than the car as well as being a pain to put up and take down, especially if the weather's bad. I can rearrange the rear seats in my car so that it's possible to lie flat out on a blow-up mattress - very comfy. I will use camp-sites if I'm away for longer periods as the facilities come in handy, but for just one night the car is the most convenient. Quote:

Here's a couple taken from the Bridge while Pam and family were waiting patiently to get past...
Both cropped images, the second one quite heavily. He just sat on that rock for ages with me on the bridge and Nicola and both Martins in the hide, all wishing he'd come closer. Eventually, Mr. Impatient decided to try some field craft. Keeping a good size tree trunk between him and me I snuck up to the edge of the bank, assumed the horizontal and crept out to where I could see him. He was completely unfazed and I had nearly three minutes before he flew off under the bridge. These are all uncropped...
All the above shots were taken with WhiskyBottle's Sigma 500mm prime.
I'm still editing the kites but here's a couple of my favourites so far...
This one is a near miss - I love the way the out-of-focus bird in the background echos the shape of the main subject. Unfortunately the main birds head is just not quite sharp enough...
I'm out tonight but will try to get some more editing done tomorrow.
Dave P.
