| | | Priory Water 2010 Due to popular demand I'm looking to run this one again next Summer.
I'm not going to drone on about the reserve as it speaks for itself.
We have already had two previous meets at this private reserve in deepest Leicestershire, check out these threads for details; WAB dragonfly meeting Priory Water 2008
At the moment I'm looking at a weekend in the second half of July to put distance between this meet and our WAB meet on the Farne Islands in June.
This one is still very much an idea in progress so at the moment all I need is an idea of who would like to come along, cant guarntee the weather but can guarantee excellent wildlife in a beautiful unspoilt setting and great company |

| | | Re: Priory Water 2010 Great to see so many of you interested already, I once thought that planning a WAB meet nearly a year in advance was lunacy,it probably is ,
Dave is doing it with the Farnes and I look like I'm off and running with this one.
With two major meets for 2010 already on the drawing board, next Summer is looking good already |

Steve you will have to do a risk assessment on these two. I'm not sure my health can stand it for starters.

Chris. | Ditto the above please Just try keeping us away
Only health or work issues would make us miss this meet
The 17/18th falls badly for us and Ian's shifts but will go with whatever is the majority choice........
Ian is already plotting how much bacon, eggs and beans to bring to feed the early-morning moth-ers

| | | Re: Priory Water 2010 I'm afraid I can't make a definite commitment that far off, but I really would like to be able to go to Priory Water. It's obviously a fantastic reserve, and having been to a couple of WAB meets recently, I'd love to meet some more WABbers (and hopefully meet again some that I already know). Looks like there's a good crowd going already! |
