I'm attending the above course this weekend, and was wondering if any fellow Welsh WABbers were going as well? I'm going on the Saturday.

I must admit I'm very excited about it!!

It's from 10 til 4, details are here

I'm not sure how many spaces they'll have left though as they're limited to 12 people a day.

Hi Nicola, I'm not actually going on the course but as its my weekend off I'll probably be at the Wetlands enjoying myself photographing the birds.
I hope you have a wonderful time and look forward to seeing the results of your labours in the Gallery.

It was a really brilliant day, despite being absolutely freeeezing in the hide during the afternoon session!

Tim was a great tutor and full of lots of helpful advice, and I really felt like I'd learnt skills to take my bird photography to a higher level. The emphasis was on making shots more interesting, capturing behaviours, getting good composition etc, and I'm really glad I signed up! I'm going to the Folio Day at the end of April as well so I can get my shots well and truly criticised!

Lovely images Nicola, I'm glad you had a very productive day and it was nice meeting you also, putting a face to a name as it were.
I spoke to Tim today in the Broadwalk hide, he was saying how much warmer it was this afternoon with hardly any wind blowing, what a differance in 2 days.
Anyway thanks for sharing your images with us, well done.
