hmmmm have an army regiment re-union first ever, however, thinking is time to do a WAB meet and been looking forward to it so will prob do thursley. What's everyone doing for accomodation etc ?

Nicola we can liase via pms if you want re arrangements ?

Sounds good to me! Am happy to pick you up on the way, plus any other Welshies who fancy going, as I've got a good sized Estate.

Have been in Dorset on a Wildlife Trust holiday all week, so am just catching up with everything

I guess those of us coming from further afield will definitely need an overnight stop.

I was at Thursley yesterday and saw plenty of dragonflies. The worrying thing is the level of the water - it has dropped noticeably in the past week. For example, the pond at the viewing platform off the main boardwalk is virtually dry.

Unfortunately I can't make it now...I'd forgotten it was my mums birthday

She's having a bit of a family do, so I'm going to be in Sussex all weekend instead. May possibly be able to pop up for a while during one of the days though, depends how far it is from Chichester.
