Plant Gall - Course on Identification and Ecology
I'm booked on a course at Flatford Mill (Constable's Haywain site, still beautifully preserved) from Fri pm till Sunday pm 5 - 7 September.
They are short of numbers and will cancel if they don't get another couple
of people - anyone interested?
FSC Individuals & Families : Plant Galls: Identification and Ecology
Flatford Mill is one of the "Field Studies Council" centres, just over the border of Essex int Suffolk on the north bank of the Stour. It is very beautiful, tranquil and an easy place in which to learn. The food is excellent, copious and all home cooked. Learning starts after supper on the Friday and will finish mid-afternoon Sunday.
It'll be a lovely week-end with other like minded people, partly spent in the country collecting specimen and partly in the laboratory. I'm sure there will excellent photographic opportunities too.
Please someone save the course
