My wife and I will be there if humanly possible, sounds like an interesting place.
B&B advice would be welcomed.

Pauline | YESSSSS! My boss has given permission for the Sunday 8th off - so we're on - and particularly excited about the mothing - should I bring my trap - or will there be a lot (too many?) or is it the more - the better the final count? Here's hoping it isn't as hot as last year and that I manage the walk round the reserve this time and see the white legged for the first time ever .......... ooh twitch, twitch

Could you advise which Travel Lodge this is please and/or which area Priory Water is in?
I can't seem to find too much about it on Google.
Thanks,

Thanks,
Dave | I'm not sure of the exact location - but it is in the melton area. There wont be a lot about it on google as it is a private membership site and is not generally open to the wider public.

I've found the Travel Lodge close to Melton Mowbray.
I'll book that unless anyone can advise on better accommodation.
Cheers,

| | | Re: Priory Water 2008 I have just booked into a farm house called Shoby Lodge Farm you can find it under the Farm Stay Uk site.
Never been there before but it looks really nice and the lady I spoke to said it was only approx. 1-2 miles from Priory Water. |

| | | Re: Priory Water 2008 Im definitely interested Steve but would it be okay If I drove up on Saturday afternoon and arrived about 3 or 4ish? Then I could join in the mothing and have a full day on Sunday.
I'll probably bring a sleeping bag and kip in the car.
