1. What time is the Thursley meet? (12-Jul-08)
2. Is it going to be a two day event?
3. Is there going to be mothing?
4. Are we meeting at the same place, 489965,141655, "The Moat"
car park, on the road that goes south out of Elstead?
(NG this is not in Thursley !!!
5. If there is mothing are we going to eat together?
If so I would bring a large chilli/spag bol or somesuch to heat in the van
for people. |

The Elstead car park doesn't I agree.
I will be in my m-home if people are really caught short | Whereabouts? We could have a comfort visit if we're nearby.
The carpark hasn't though has it, and that's where we'll start out I should think.
Nice offer of a loo loan if desperate....you could make a killing!

2-Yes-two days but that's up to folk...if we feel the need to visit another site, we can arrange the first day ready for the second.
3- I'll see what the moth'ers amongst us want to do.
4-Same carpark....makes life easy.
5-Your fifth point sounds scrumptious.....shall we keep the consumer levels sensible though! Or you could make a killing here too I suppose!

| | | Re: Thursley 2008 The one I would so like to get a shot of is the Brilliant Emerald. It's almost impossible though as they're constantly moving, patrolling just out from the banks then taking off into the trees. Very frustrating!
Any ideas welcome.

I tried photographing some Downy Emeralds today and had absolutely no hope of getting a pic.
Thanks for the info on the dragons at the site, Fourwings. Sounds grand indeed. |

Roger | We will probably do the same Roger. When I saw the price for the local Travel Lodge, I changed my mind about staying there! The annoying thing is that the following weekend they're doing a special offer, £19 per Room. The week of the meet it's £85 a night. |
