Hope you all have a great time - it's a lovely place, I've only discovered it since December and I've lived in the wider area for a number of years. I now go there at least once a week.
Not able to join you as it's my sons birthday this weekend and my daughers birthday next weekend so we have family back and forth. |

| | | Re: Thursley 2008 Hi guys.
Have copied this over from last years meet. Hope it works cos technical ain't my middle name. Maps of the world, country map search - powered by Multimap
Good, that seems to be ok.
This is where the carpark is for those coming, who would like to meet us there.
We're booked into the Travelodge at Guildford like others and will be there Friday night, all being well. If anyone wants my mobile number, please pm me and I'll give it to you.
If all is agreeable with you all-a 9.30am meet with a 10.00am set out, giving time for all to meet and greet.
I will say that obviously I am not an 'official' group leader, as such, so everyone must be accountable for their own health and safety. I am not first aid trained...yet.
The common does have some rough terrain, so good stout boots, suitable clothing for all weather types, water and a dollop of sun cream if the weather is hot and we're out a while.
Lastly,as I've mentioned,if for some reason we couldn't come,it would be because we've had a member of the family very ill and not out of the woods yet.
Really looking forward to seeing you all again. Pray for sunshine and a shed load of insects!!!!
Jules

Dave P. | How on earth did we manage without sat nav? Mine helps me get to places no Wild-Woman has been before......to seek out new areas......to seek out new insects and new friends......to boldly go where no WAB member has been before........
Beam me up Scotty...
