| | | Amateur Entomologists' Society Exhibition
The Amateur Entomologists' Society Southern Exhibition will be held at Kempton Park Racecourse, Middlesex, this Saturday (22nd September 2007). Doors open 11am - 4:30pm.
The exhibition is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and features members' exhibits and trade stands (books, livestock, entomological equipment, entomological and conservation societies, crafts etc).

Shame it is too far away from us, or we would have gone, there is normally the good secondhand book stall.
I seem to remember this is normally held in October rather than September. |

You're spot on. The exhibition is usually the first Saturday in October. However, this year, Kempton have a race meeting that weekend so the show had to move.
The AES also runs a sister exhibition in York each year which is perhaps a bit closer to you. It's usually held in April and further details will appear on our Northern Exhibition Web page once things are confirmed for 2008 (the page currently has details for the 2007 show).
