Good News Seamus - as a matter of interest, is the successful prosecution you mention the one relating to nest disturbance on Skye by a so-called 'wildlife photographer' and which I was told about by an RSPB warden when I was up there in May?

and another bit of good news is the pair on my beat raised a chick too!!!....and no jeff it was on mull,but if as you said there was another on skye even better.
