| | | white squirrel Hello,
whilst it may not be considered rare by some standards, I was excited to see this squirrel recently, just wanted to share it (hope I've added it properly)...

| | | Re: white squirrel Welcome to WAB. Your squirrel may not be rare but I would be excited too if I saw one.
You have added your photo properly and well done for doing so, as many newcomers have problems with uploading photos and adding them to their posts. |

| | | Re: white squirrel I've never seen one either. I would say they are pretty rare as I live in an area of high numbers of Grey Squirrel + have never seen any obvious mutations.
Obviously they do occur but not with any regularity. |

| | | Re: white squirrel There used to be a white squirrel that lived by the route my bus to school followed, which for obvious reasons was very easy to spot in the trees.
That was over 30 years ago though... |

| | | Re: white squirrel Fascinating flurry of white squirrel spottings. I thought it was melanistic squirrels that were on the rise!
I've never seen either, but I did once see a squirrel fall out of a tree. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
