| | | Myxomatosis Could any 1 please tell me if Myxamatosis is dangerous to dogs, 1 of the places i walk my dogs the rabbits there are really quite poorly, but a gentleman lets his dogs run around and kill lots of rabbits, because he says it's ok because they have Myxi, they killed 5 rabbits in the space of a short time, i would'nt want my dogs killing infected rabbits and just wondered if what he says is true and can they catch anything?? |

The only issue you'll have with your dog is that he/she is much more likely to catch an infected rabbit which is only really a problem if your dog injuries it without killing it. |

Much better for a dog to give them a swift death than for the myxi to kill it IMO. |
