| | | Weasels attacking in packs I recently read a report from a newspaper of the 1890s of about a dozen weasels attacking in a pack a dog.Somewhere in the Manchester area.Is this normal? Has it been recorded elsewhere more recently in the literature? |

| | | Re: Weasels attacking in packs Of course; haven't you read 'Toad of Toad Hall?'
They're not commonly seen at high density; but if there were several and a dog attacked them, wouldn't be surprised what they might do - they are very 'intelligent' animals. |

| | | Re: Weasels attacking in packs Behaviour like this sometimes occurs around the time young leave the mother, or are getting ready to leave but still within the mothers territory. It is not well documented by does occur. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
