| | | Baby grey squirrel Two have suddenly appeared in our garden. I have never seen babies this young on their own before.
One looks fine (feisty and timid), but the other seems to be blind. Not sure what to do - help! |

| | | Re: Baby grey squirrel Can you get pictures? where are you based? If one of them is indeed blind, it would be better at a wildlife sanctuary with a licence to keep squirrels.

Often young squirrels (kittens) will fall from a drey due to misfortune or damage to the structure. A parent will usually locate the youngsters and carry them back to the drey or a standby drey. This usually occurs within an hour or so of the incident. If this has not occurred by now then seek advice from a local wildlife sanctuary. |

Do not really want to have to contact RSPCA cos they would just PTS. Not heard of any wildlife sanctuaries in this area, have you? |
