| | | Red Squirrel Locations Hi
I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could photograph a red squirrel, I live in Derbyshire where they can no longer be found. Is there anywhere close that I may be able to find one?
EDIT: I've just found this http://www.bbc.co.uk/naturescalendar...es/index.shtml !
Thanks

| | | Re: Red Squirrel Locations Hi,
The closest place that I know of is Formby, just South of Southport on the West coast.
They are definitely there, coz I saw them myself earlier in the year

| | | Re: Red Squirrel Locations Formby is wonderful. Are the squirrels recovering from the squirrelpox epidemic that devistated their numbers?
Formby is also good for natterjack toads on the sand dunes.
