I have had the little loves visit my garden for decades.
And it took the latest vistor less than six months to break through a squirrel resistant nut feeder. He worked on the wire at the bottom, and when it eventually broke, he lifted the wire right up to the top so he had a good working space to get to my nuts.
And lifted it up again when I bent it back down again.
My neighbour has a truly squirrel proof nut feeder: made by Mason and Cash. She's used it for years. A metal sheet with holes in, and porcelain top and bottom. Squirrel has a go everyday, but can't damage it. Still gets little bits of nuts out, but not much.
Tried to get one, but amazingly it seems they are only sold in the USA now! Or so it seems.
