| | | My first Badger. Hi all,
Have just seen my very first, live, wild Badger on my first attempt. Was told by a friend where they cross the road from a private wood into the farmers field and hay presto - one badger.
Not my greatest picture even but i'm chuffed all the same.
Now having a beer to celebrate! |

There's a sett within walking distance of where I live - but I'm still trying to persuade a friend to accompany me on a Badger watch!
I'm not too sure about walking there on my own during the early hours!
Tracey

You're right about the pic though | It was just after 9.30pm and pitch black. All I could see was a dark shape on the road so couldn't get a good focus or a fast shutter speed. Only had the pop up camera flash. But still its my first badger Quote:

Tracey | You've got to try and persuade that friend Tracey, or just take another friend! |

| | | Re: My first Badger. Well Dave, if I live to be a thousand, I'll never tire of seeing Badgers, my favorite mammal. The highlight of my life was some years ago, when I saw an adult with three young in tow, crossing a road in broad daylight and trying to find a way into a field. I'm guessing they'd been disturbed, but a magical sight, none the less Wizzo
