| | | Re: Kidnapped Foxes? "a number of attacks on children in their homes"
A number? There was one, unless I've missed something.
Re the transporting of urban foxes, is there any evidence anywhere to suggest this is true, or is it just one of those stories that does the rounds like 'immigrants eating swans'? |

| | | Re: Kidnapped Foxes? Definitely goes on. Keeper down near Ely found a field full, ran out of bullets, went home and got more, went back and mopped the rest up Poor buggers had no chance. Can't recall if it was 14 or 16. |

| | | Re: Kidnapped Foxes? I'm just interested in the way it's reported as hard fact when not one recorded incident exists. It's always a case of someone who knows someone who definitely saw a night-time van etc etc.
If it's on record, fine - dates, places, names please. If it's just what people heard from a mate, then all kinds of bobbins might be true.
Think of all those daft round-robin emails you get claiming lipstick's full of lead/the Red Arrows have been cancelled for "being too British"/insert Snopes scam of your choice here. |

| | | Re: Kidnapped Foxes? I have noticed in our local park that there is no longer any smell of foxes around. It was always unmistakable and we would see them from time to time. I often got woken by the row they were making outside our flats, but it's all gone very quiet. In the park they have had a quite vicious cutting back of all the undergrowth and I begin to wonder why.
I do miss the foxes though - the ones I've seen close to have just stopped and had a look and gone on their way.
