Same goes for me now

I did try to copy to quote some relevant info on there yesterday, but it would not allow me to it.

It only related to one incident about Otters with Aleutian disease, (if my memory serves me correct) was a young female found dead in 1986 which was suspected to have died from it?

I was able to open and read the full document right there. I have to say that I am not enumerate enough or erudite enough enough to understand most of it!!

No - but you might try the ' Environment Agency of England and Wales '

They monitor fish species/numbers - they may have other data.
