I have just seen what I think is a stoat chasing a rabbit, would this be right because the only weasels I think I have seen are too small, also do stoats eat duck eggs? |

Stoats are more likely to predate rabbits compared to weasels which tend to feed on small rodents. However weasels will kill rabbits especially large males. So its not a means of telling the two species apart. It is most likely a stoat that you have seen though. 
They will both feed on duck eggs as will a large number of mammals. |

They will both feed on duck eggs as will a large number of mammals. | Just to clarify, for anyone in doubt: I am sure Dogghound meant that it is especially the large male Weasels that will kill Rabbits. not that Weasels will go for large male Rabbits especially.

more likley stoats as dogghound as said and yes larger male weasel will also take rabbit (lol) welcome to WAB Malcevis

Hi everyone, thanks for your advice, due to sod's law I did not have a camera with me, because you can bet if I had I would not have seen the event.
