Red Deer - Stalking
One of the things I want to do this year is see and if possible photograph wild deer. Living in Torquay I intend to travel up to Exmoor on the weekends to try and see the Red Deer there. Can any one suggest the best area of Exmoor to try? My paln is to stay at a campsite on Exmmor for a few days and using that as a base go looking for the Deer. Any information that helps narrow down the search would be appreciated

Hi Roger,

Are you still looking to travel up to Exmoor to take pictures of Red Deer? If so, let me know and I can guide to some excellent places where you will be more than guaranteed to get some excellent shots.

Hi hope you don't mind me crashing this thread but just wondered if you are looking at guiding for red deer this year 2008? I live in Bristol and have the Quantocks to visit but, Exmoor seems to be held in high esteem for deer.
