| | | odd track found in the snow While putting refuse in the bin during the snowy period i saw an odd track print in the snow and having 2 young boys interested in wildlife i have a Animals tracks and signs book. Going through the book the only track anywhere near it is for that of a polecat i was wondering if theres anyway of getting the print verified as i took photos and would like to confirm if it's at all possible that this could be a polecat print. |

| | | Re: odd track found in the snow Its the hind print at the bottom and the fore print at the top, its stood in its own footstep, so both prints are on top of each other. |

Thanks | The similar set of prints were probably as a result of it standing on its own prints as it walked. Mammals often do this whilst walking in snow. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
