| | | Edible Dormouse - Glis glis Does anyone know of any group, society or induvidual that does any recording of Edible Dormouse -trapping to measure population levels, that kind of thing?
I just really fancy seeing one at some point, but, seeing as I don't live anywhere near the correct area, I thought it would be best to find a group/person who knows exactly where to find them, and ask them if they'd mind me turning up one day to see them for myself.
Thank you for any help with this. |

So I am presuming when you say Edible Dormouse it is actually the hazel dormouse that is what you mean. You could also get in contact with your local wildlife trust - where abouts do you live? |

I find it mega-irritating when people post geographic specific questions, but don't say where they're located. I promised myself that I would ignore all such posts - and will do so from now!
Sorry to be such a curmudgeon!

I can't help in this case, but it seems clear to me that the OP would be prepared to travel to anywhere where there is an opportunity to see Glis glis with the help of someone who knows specifically where they are found (eg. is conducting a survey). |
