Please can you identify which animal has deposited this in my garden?
I have seen some in my front garden which I presumed was a straying small dog, but it has now turned up in my back garden which is fully enclosed with a 6 foot fence. The only ground entrance being under the gate which hedgehogs regularly do, but I can't believe anything bigger than a hedgehog could get under the gate.
Please help!!

Dog or cat? Try sniffing it to determine the difference. You are the one who gets to clear it up whatever it is.

Cat can jump a 6ft fence no problem dogs have difficulty how big is the gap under the gate.. |

At my last place I had a feral one that would do something very similar on my lawn every day. They don't always have the manners to bury it. |
