Responsible photographers do not cause disturbance to anything just to get an image, the message is quite clear, visit Donna Nook by all means but dont go beyond the fence, you can still get great images from there!
I cannot see anyone on WAB wanting to possibly contribute to the death of a Seal cub.
Many thanks for posting this Dean. |

| | | Re: Seals at Donna nook Hi, I was chatting to the wardens when i went to Donna Nook on friday and they said that a lot less people were going across to the sands this year , so hopfully the message is getting through .
I went as soon as it was light enough and apart from the wardens there were about 8 other photographers it started getting busy about 10ish as i left. |

Mine were taken sometime ago, and I would not go onto the beach if asked not to by Wardens. I have advertised on well known forums, radio, TV, Newspapers and magazines. All the deaths of seal pups last year, why would you want to go out there.
I never said he had done anything wrong, its just common sense to keep off the beach during the pupping season. I have been wardening at the seals this year and most well known photographers have stayed off.
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR GOING ONTO THE BEACH |
