| | | How to repel bats? Bat are hanging in these holes of my house (on the attached image). They make scratching noises at night and disrupt my sleep. These holes are pretty high and inaccessible, there is no way to reach them. How to get rid of the bats?

Bats have special protection by law in the UK and no action should be taken without consulting expert advice.
I would suggest you contact the link below, the site also has a help line phone number for any one who has a problem with bats. Need Help with a Bat? - Bat Conservation Trust
Hope this helps, good luck.

I've removed the image in your post as we only allow images posted in either the Gallery of the image library to be used in forum threads.
The picture did not look like it was in the UK and your IP address suggests you are in Bulgaria. If so, you might want to search for the Bulgarian equivalent of the Bat conservation Trust.

| | | Re: How to repel bats? Hi Again
I've checked around for information on your problem without much luck. It may still be useful for you to contact the above organisation and explain your problem, though based in UK they have european and world wide contacts they may also be able to give general advice on what you can do.
The other option is to contact your local government environmental health authority.

Examine your daily routine; music? sculpting? something is disturbing them
think about it.

| | | Re: How to repel bats? I am not disturbing them. In fact, I do not hear them all the time, only during short intervals at night (from 1 to 6 AM)... I am not sure what do they do, it's like they come for 15 minutes, scratch a little bit outside on the wall and then fly away. This is happening 2-3 times during night, but is enough to disturb my sleep.

| | | Re: How to repel bats? I did not see what type of Bat but will assume something like Blasius's Horse Shoe, Rare? probably. You may then have a Maternity roost with Females feeding Babies, preferably not to disturb at this crucial time. They will all clear off in October be patient please You should take steps to report the roost to any interested parties
