If it's not people hunting them for meat and trophies, it's disease. Not very good news.

Horrendous. I think gorillas are prone to infection from humans aren't they (the opposite of a zoonosis) which worries me with all close proximity human, gorilla watching tourism. I presume it's well managed though and prevents them from being hunted.

From what I recall hearing, if you've even a sniffle of a cold, you won't be allowed onto a gorilla site.
