Call me paranoid but I am suspicious about a request for pics of mangy foxes. Since the 'attack' on the two children foxes have been getting a lot of bad press. I am wary of such a collection falling into the wrong hands. Tabloid newspaper editing being what it is. |

Swanfeeder, I understand the concern but a quick email to the original poster confirmed that this is indeed a legit project. And tabloids will simply purchase a picture from an agency if they want one... they've no need to resort to subterfuge for stock images. |

Hi,
Please don't worry I love foxes and have no intention of making them look bad. I work at a local wildlife hospital and the documentary aims to make people more aware of the affect mange has on foxes. I hope to create a positive outlook on foxes by looking at them from a different perspective. I hope this settles any worries you have about my request for images, thanks. |

Hi jo84. I felt so mean spirited posting it but once the thought had occurred to me I felt I had to air it... in case.
Do tell us what you can about mange. I live in Surrey and I feed our local foxes. I talked to a vet and on his suggestion I have been adding the odd mange tablet. It seems to be working. They are now a svelte bunch of foxes. Well it is Surrey. 
Right? Wrong? Any tips? |
