badgers are hardly threatened. quite the reverse.
there are setts in gardens in the middle of towns here in the SW.
they keep expanding.

Yippee! Well said Ben! Badger baiting is sick, repellent and, as you say, a serious criminal offence. Gassing is a horrible way to die. A single clean shot with a CF rifle in an area with BTB rife should present no problems to even the most ardent bunny/badger hugger.

Now wait for the response. I reccommend steel helmet, flak jacket, and a deep trench.
