| | | Re: Young Black Rabbit I don't deny that such things go on (after all, that's how myxi was started!) but I do question the validity of planting black rabbits, or for that matter, any colour rabbit other than the usual wild agouti, as carriers. They stick out like a sore thumb!

| | | Re: Young Black Rabbit Hello Dutchess.I must admit that I too find it strange it was black rabbits that the badger man had on board his vehicle.All I can think is that they are used as 'spotter' rabbits when they drive round checking up.The man in question has since died but I know another who was on the badger cull with him and I think I shall have to look him up to see if he can give some info on this. |
