Red face Hedghog house ?
Hi
I love hedgehogs and have seen a hedgohog house (hogitat) that I'd like to buy and put at the bottom of our (very small) garden. The only problem being is that in the 10 months that we've lived here I've never seen a hedghog !! Is it still worth while me gettng one ??

I would concentrate on making your garden hedgehog friendly first.
Make gaps under or through all fence boundaries.
Samll rough/ wild area.
Pile of leaves, compost heap or brushwood.
Leave out water bowl.
Watch out for hedgehog poos.
Go out at might and listen for rustling.
Put out a small amount of food.
