Cluster Flies; We used to vacuum them out of the loft spaces to avoid using pesticides where there was evidence of Bat occupation.

Bat poo and urine; just make up a braced frame or two and fit plastic sheet to
allow cleaning

Have a "hollow bridging brick" fitted to improve access for a roost and better ventilation
