urban foxes Blackburn Lancashire

Moved from Manchester to Blackburn six years ago and have only seen one urban fox compared to the hundreds seen in Manchester. Live in the Mill Hill are of Blackburn and was wondering if foxes are present in this area. Would love to relive childhood nights when feeding them in my garden was a regular event. More than likely, you could buy a fox whistle of the net that would attract them, or take a few drives a few nights a week around your town when its past 10 your bound to see them crossing roads, going thru bins etc

Thanks, already tried that not seen one yet, got to see a badger and plenty of barn owls though. Hopefully someone will see the thread who lives local thanks again
