| | | Red Deer Introductions Hi folks,
I'm hoping I'm not going crazy here, but I seem to recall reading a post a while back, which I think was made by derelict, that introductions of deer to Richmond (?) park had lead to fights between animals with mis-matched antlers and thus more injuries than normal. Does anyone else remember this, or did I imagine it? I've searched through the WAB archive, but I can't find it anywhere and he hasn't been on WAB for a while so his inbox is full and I can't PM him about it. If it wasn't a post, it could have been that he mentioned it on the '08 New Forest WAB meet.
Cheers,
Marc. |

Marc. | Well Marc, I think you must have imagined this, so you must be going crazy, ‘cos I couldn't find a WAB member by the name of derelict. Shall I get your coat for you? (Just getting you back for your earlier email! ) |

edit - yep I was right this is a link to his profile, so the OP could go there then go to show all posts by derelict and search through them if he were minded to

I do vaguely remember the username derelict around on WAB, although I couldn’t find the username listed in the Members section, so how did you do that piece of detective work? |

| | | Re: Red Deer Introductions Thanks for the input guys - I did go to derelict's WAB profile and look through all the posts, but I couldn't find anything specific about 'mis-matched deer'; hence the reason for my asking whether anyone else had come across it before (I had heard derelict was banned and I thought some of his posts might have been removed too). I've since found his YouTube page, so it's sorted thanks.

| | | Re: Red Deer Introductions Hi Mark,
Glad your sorted, but just to prove your not going crazy you'll find a brief comment from derelict on miss matched antlers on the 08 Deer watching wab meet post no. 98.
So there you are your as sane as the rest of us.
Regards
Rob
