| | | field mouse help!! please Hya new here, have a problem with a field mouse in my bedroom, the cat brought it in as I foolishly removed his collar & bell. I have 3 gerbils & 1 hamster in rotastax, when I let the gerbils out they didnt seem bothered by wild mouse, but am worried my gerbils might catch something! the mouse spends time on top of hamster cage (its floor level) I can tell by the poo! I have 2 humane traps which mouse sets of nightly, but escapes, I think its to light, have also made a nest in spare rotastax next to hamster cage in hope it will settle, it has not haha!! mouse very shy & I only see it in middle of night if turn light on quick enough, currently living in cupboard. Has anyone any bright ideas? |

| | | Re: field mouse help!! please What are you using in the humane traps? Peanut butter works best IMO (caught 17 of the little buggers with it, sometimes 4 in one night...lol). |
