| | | Our Fox Just been reading of Paulines Formby Foxes, which is a great story and photos .So I thought I'll tell you about our foxes.
It started last year, we had a vixen come into the garden on a regular visit. It was obvious that she was without a mate, but with a family. She (Vivien!) came up to our kitchen window to collect food.
By April 2009 she had vanished. Our pain at her possible fate and that of her young ones really hurt. Then in May, my wife realised that there was a family of youngsters in the wood at the bottom of the garden and she could call them! - Viviens 4 cubs had survived! We fed these until dispersal time, when for some reason, they all dispersed!
I spent hours trying to photograph them. I did get one half decent photograph of the eldest – Leonardo. I had this one transferred to canvas.
So here’s the canvas that my wife will be receiving tomorrow as a surprise Christmas present.

| | | Re: Our Fox Wow Keith - what an absolutely cracking shot. I'm in the process of 'baiting' our resident fox in the hope that I can get a decent picture. If I can achieve a shot anything like yours, I'll be delighted. Well done mate! - Wizzo

'Hope you both have a wonderful xmas day,
