what mouse is this please?

My yorkie has killed 2 mice in the last week in the garden but i managed to catch another one and will be letting it go in a field in a little while so she cant kill it but i am not sure what it is, anyone know please? i am in kent uk.

It's hard to see much detail because the pictures are small, but it looks like a house mouse to me - certainly that one in profile on the ladder. A young one, too.

It looks like a house mouse, it looks rather dehydrated (based on the hunched up look and the way its head is held by comparison to its hsoulders, this can be observed in alot of small rodents.... the fur will also look very "fluffy" for want a better word rather than smooth and sleek) at a glance but as said already the pics are small.

I was going to say wood mouse but having looked at the photos again I now think it's a juvenile brown rat going by the thickness of the tail and the large back feet, the photos are rather small though.

It looks like one of the two .. house mouse or young rat .... but there is nothing for size comparison in the pics so its a bit of a guess

It is a difficult one without any idea of scale, here are 3 pics of a young brown rat, a young house mouse and a wood mouse taken in my garden. Might help you to id your little one.

Thanks everyone for the reply's.
Sorry pics are small but they were done with my phone.
I measured the arm of the black chair it was sitting on in one of the photos and the arms 4 inches if that helps.
I looked on a wildlife site at the photos of small mammals and the closest it looked like was a yellow neck mouse.
My small furrie had very big eyes about the same size as its ears, quite a think tail at its base, honey brown on its back with white on its belly, and larger back feet than the front.
