| | | Re: Otters on the River Wharfe I have seen mink close to the swimming pool in Wetherby on my way home a few years ago and also in Collingham
Talk to the fishermen, they are a good source of info and most along their have been friendly in the past

| | | Re: Otters on the River Wharfe Whilst walking from Collingham to Wetherby on the river side walk on Monday 30th May 2011 I believe I saw an otter - it was quite large (minks are small??) it came through some reeds from the golf course side. I thought they were nocturnal??. I have seen one before near the Linton Bridge about 2 years ago and again this was daylight. Was it an otter I saw?
