| | | Brown hares and friend I went out fairly early this morning and walked along a farm track that lead to a stubbly corn field. I noticed several hares, and they allowed me to get very close - especially as there was no cover. Here are some snaps
After this shot, the hare ran off and took cover in the stubble

This is the friend keeping a weather eye open
I could not believe how trusting all the animals were; I was just standing still right out in the open.
